I recently attended my 30th anniversary celebration and was generally satisfied with the room to which I was relocated. However, upon entering the room, we discovered that welcome items belonging to another couple had not been removed. They were gracious in their apology and promptly addressed the situation. Additionally, we requested basic amenities, including extra pillows and an ironing board; however, the response time was longer than anticipated due to low occupancy levels. In summary, our overall experience was positive, and we are considering several daycation trips back to the location, primarily due to the establishment's exceptional cleanliness and George's commendable hospitality.

The hotel is stunning, as was our room. It's so private and wasn't too busy while we were there mid May. Staff are amazing, right from the minute we walked through the door, we were made to feel so welcome. Bathroom was lovely, fantastic facilities. The shower was great, loved the fact there was a bath and the toiletries provided were lush. Outside of the hotel, the boardwalk is literally a two minute walk away and there are some great local restaurants. Everyone we met in Asbury Park was really friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were always helpful, but especially George, the ambassador bell Nan. he couldn’t do enough to help, with restaurants, directions, local area information and much more. he always had a smile on his face and friendly word, this turned a great stay into an exceptional stay. There was also a great pianist, singer and songwriter, Arlan, on the Saturday night. We throughly enjoyed our evening listening to him.

Great location in close proximity to the beach and several beachfront restaurants and bars. Beautiful setting and ambiance. The staff was all friendly, professional and helpful. The accommodations were lovely. There was a lot of attention to details that elevated the hotel to make it feel special and inviting. The in room toiletries and hair dryer were amazing. We enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant area. The coffee was phenomenal and the menu was well curated.

You can't beat the location - right across the street from the beach. The rooms were modern (love the shower). The bar and lounge areas were welcoming and cool - ocean view, intimate tables, comfy couches. This is a high end hotel and the staff take that to heart - service is at another level. They are guest focused, attentive, personable, and are at the ready to assist you with any request. The food was fresh, interesting, and delicious - shared a few small plates. (See Oz at the bar to partake in one of his special cocktails!) Will come back during the summer season to take advantage of the outdoor pool.

The property was gorgeous and the staff was absolutely AMAZING!! They went above and beyond in every way possible, especially when we encountered a bit of an issue with a rude neighbor. Staff rating = 12/10!!

Lovely anniversary at Asbury Ocean Club! Great location, room decor was great, clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Will come back!
